The INSAT Coordination Committee (ICC) is a body responsible for the overall
coordination and management of the INSAT system, as well as to recommend the
utilisation of satellite capacities by non-government users. It is headed by a
Secretary-level Officer. It is currently in the news w.r.t. the Antrix-Devas
deal on S-Band Spectrum, as it is being contended that the ICC was not informed
of this deal.
